The classes at Iron Crow Studio by the Sea are unlike any others. They are dynamic and engaging. They make you sweat, help you find your focus and open you up to all the joys possible for your body and your life.
Mary weaves her extensive knowledge of anatomy and alignment into every class to ensure you have your best practice. Her philosophy is simple–free her students from their stressful lives by clearing out their limitations and teach them how to unlock their sacred practice. She does this by limiting her class size to ensure each practice is safe and tailored to each student’s level. Her students leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and FIT!
NEW: Mary is available for private instruction. Contact her by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and appointments.
There are several yoga flows Mary has designed for her students…
The Dance of The Rainbow Warrior….a vigorous sun salutation series that opens and clears each chakra in sequence using breath, imagery and poses.
The Iron Crow Power Yoga Workout …. a flowing core based workout that utilizes the basic principles of alignment found in Anusara Yoga and STOTT Pilates. Try out this workout in the privacy of your own home with the Iron Crow Power Yoga DVD, filmed while on a yoga retreat in Costa Rica.
The Basics of Iron Crow Power … an appropriate practice for anyone with injuries or who is just beginning a yoga practice.
Golden Crow Yoga….for my glorious students who move a little slower but with no less grace or beauty than the sparrows!
STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Today, Pilates is one of the safest and most effective method of exercise available. It’s used by rehabilitation and prenatal clients, athletes, celebrities and everyone in between.

“When I attend a class with Mary, I feel I receive an enormous amount of
attention and care. She continuously provides gentle corrections to body alignment and
form while expressing positive statements for the mind. It is rare to find a total body
and mind workout in one class.”
