Below you will find a list of classes and a brief description of each. Please keep in mind that power classes are hot. We suggest you bring a beach towel and water. A limited supply of yoga mats are available for 1st-time students.

Power Basics |
|
Iron Crow Beginner Basics will gently introduce you to the Astanga System of Power Yoga as students learn basic yoga asanas (postures), proper body alignment and form. The class focuses on standing poses, but includes toning floor work in order to create a better body awareness. Iron Crow Beginner Basics combines yoga asanas with pranayama (breath work), guided visualization, meditation, relaxation and laughter in order relieve tension and fatigue, improve strength, flexibility, stamina, and coordination.

Private Classes

Yoga Private Class: Includes postural analysis, need specific programming of poses and partner assisted stretching. Focus on strength, flexibility and tension release.
Pilates and Yogilates Private Class: Includes initial postural analysis, need specific programming and partner assisted stretching. There will be standing exercises to increase balance and large muscle metabolism. Core conditioning is always addressed as well as sculpting exercises for the legs, hips, buttocks, back and arms.

Slow Flow |

A slow, flowing, breath-centered Vinyasa-style class.

Power Yoga |
|
Based upon the Astanga method of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his book Yoga Mala. We explore the first, second and third series but focus on standing strength poses, balance and core abdominal work. These classes are for all levels.
Expect to travel internally - playing at the edge of our abilities with breath, sweat and joy!
